PGE’s electronic customer service desk allows you to check energy consumption, make payments, activate PGE eFaktura, or update your data. E-BOK, along with the mBok application, received the PayU Lab Award in the “eCustomer Experience-Energy” category, as well as a special award from the Editor-in-Chief of “Gazeta Bankowa” in the 2016 Techno Biznes competition.
